These terms apply to your use of the website at lojo.ai (the "website"), operated by Lojo Technology FZ-LLC ("lojo", "we", "us"), a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 47038606). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. What these terms cover
These terms cover the website only. Use of the lojo platform is governed by a separate agreement between lojo and each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
2. Using the website
You're welcome to use the website to learn about lojo and to contact us. You agree not to:
- use it in any way that breaks the law or these terms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or related systems, or disrupt them, for example with malware, denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests;
- copy, scrape or collect content from the website in bulk by automated means without our written permission (search engines indexing the website are fine);
- send us anything unlawful or harmful, or anything you don't have the right to share;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are or who you work for.
3. Our content and brand
The website and everything on it, including text, graphics, design, code, and the lojo name and logo, belongs to Lojo Technology FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for your own information, or for your organisation's evaluation of lojo. Otherwise, you may not copy, modify, republish, or commercially use the website's content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
4. Information on the website
The website gives general information about lojo. It may change without notice, and it is not an offer or a binding commitment. Features, integrations, supported channels and languages described on the website may vary, and are confirmed only in a customer agreement. We work to keep the website accurate, but we don't guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date.
5. Information you send us
When you request a demo or contact us, please make sure the details you give are accurate and yours to share. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.
6. Links to other websites
The website may link to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not take away any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
